Likewise, Etcrypto is referred to in this document as “Etcrypto,” “broker,” “brokerage service provider,” “trading platform,” “trading intermediary,” “we” and “us.”

Conditions for the Provision of Brokerage Services

You hereby agree and undertake that by using our Services, including our facilities such as tools, resources, and features, you will comply with these Terms and Conditions. The provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions are transparent and free from any ambiguity. Each of the General Terms and Conditions is legally binding and enforceable on the Customer and Etcrypto as an agreement duly concluded between the parties. You are entitled to use our services and use our facilities provided that you have unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions, you have the right to stop using our services/facilities and disconnect from us. However, if you are interested in becoming a member, you should read the Terms and Conditions in full and then proceed with the registration process. However, we would like to point out that we reserve the right to change, supplement, or delete provisions in the General Terms and Conditions in whole or in part without notifying you.

Restricted Use of Our Platform

We operate and offer our services in several states, and our services have been provided in strict accordance with the relevant laws of each country. In some states, the laws restrict users’ access to brokerage services in general or in particular. We cannot offer services in such states and are therefore legally prevented from serving prospective clients from that state. Neither you nor anyone else can require us to provide our services in such states if the restriction came into effect after you registered with us.

If anyone from the Restricted Access Area uses our services in any way, including through virtual private networks, that person is solely responsible for his or her actions.

Access to Information

We are a legitimate company that provides brokerage services worldwide and facilitates CFD trading for global traders. For the purposes of our business, we have established a website and on this website, there is professionally written, designed, and organized content in written, visual, and audio form. In all respects, all or part of the content is always to be understood as information only. In addition, we may be prohibited by law from providing such information in certain areas. In such a case, we reserve the right to remove the information, particularly in relation to such areas, in order to comply with the law.

Professional Advice

As explained above, the content of our website, in whole or in part, is information for informational purposes only. Third-Party Resources

As a service company, we are at the forefront of all issues relating to the provision of our services. However, our services are incomplete without the help of our partners who work for us as third parties and help us provide solutions to our customers through us. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree that you may or may not use our partners’ resources. If you do so, you acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible if you suffer any loss, theft, or fraud while using the Partner’s resources.

It is entirely at your discretion whether or not you want to use third-party resources. We cannot force or persuade you to use their resources as our offering is limited to the services we provide.

Cancellation of Guarantees

According to the law and normal business practices and procedures, we cannot guarantee you profits. Likewise, in the event of any loss, we cannot guarantee you compensation for the same.

Etcrypto Liabilities

Our liability is limited and relates only to the services we offer through our trading platform. Our services should never be treated as advice as we are only information and service providers.

Immunity Liabilities

No one is exempt from repercussions and disputes, and this condition applies to both Etcrypto and the customer himself. Each of us is responsible for our own actions.

Provision for Security

We can offer you a password recovery option if you have misplaced your login ID or password, or both at the same time. If you have disclosed your password, we cannot provide you with security. You should immediately take the necessary steps to protect your account. We can help by setting up a new password for you.

Risk Understanding

No business in the world is risk-free, and so is CFD trading. But risks can be minimized, and you can take our help.

End of Use

These Terms and Conditions require you not to allow anyone to use our facilities and services without our permission. We can only provide services to our registered members and not to third parties or agents or friends or family members of members.
